We are seeking a Senior CAD Engineer with a strong specialization in MEPF (Mechanical, Electrical, Plumbing, and Firefighting) to join our innovative Digital Engineering team in Turbhe, Navi Mumbai. This is a full-time in-office role, offering exciting opportunities to work on regional infrastructure projects.
Key Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with Digital Engineering teams to ensure MEPF-related drawings and models meet client standards and project requirements.
- Perform QA/QC processes for CAD and Revit-based models while ensuring compliance with industry regulations and quality benchmarks.
- Create and maintain quality plans, procedures, and checklists under the guidance of the QA/QC Team Lead.
- Support project documentation setup, such as organizing the project folder structure and information flow.
- Identify, report, and resolve non-conformance issues; ensure all design mark-ups are implemented before submission for approval.
- Assist in clash coordination and ensure constructability standards are met for both horizontal and vertical structure designs.
Qualifications & Experience:
- 5 years of experience working with architectural, civil, and structural drawings/models.
- Expert knowledge of MEPF systems and their integration into construction designs.
- Skilled in interpreting architectural, civil, and structural drawings, including familiarity with design codes and best practices.
- Proficiency in AutoCAD, Revit, and other design software.
- Experience in QA/QC tasks, as well as creating and implementing quality management systems.
- Familiarity with constructability evaluations and clash coordination processes.
