Role: Sr. Business Development Manager (US Healthcare)

Location: Chennai, Velachery (Night Shift US Market)

Experience: 815 Years

Role Overview:

We are looking for a dynamic and result-driven Sr. Manager Business Development to lead our growth initiatives in the US Healthcare market. This role requires a strong leader who can manage a team while also contributing individually by generating leads, engaging prospects, and scheduling high-quality meetings with senior leadership.

Key Responsibilities:

Team Leadership & Management:

  • Lead, mentor, and manage the Business Development team to achieve revenue targets
  • Set clear KPIs, monitor performance, and drive team productivity
  • Provide training, coaching, and continuous feedback to team members

Individual Contribution:

  • Actively engage in outbound prospecting (calls, emails, LinkedIn outreach)
  • Identify and qualify potential clients in the US Healthcare space
  • Fix appointments and schedule qualified meetings for the CEO / leadership team
  • Build and maintain a strong sales pipeline

Business Development Strategy:

  • Develop and execute go-to-market strategies for US Healthcare clients
  • Identify new business opportunities, partnerships, and market trends
  • Collaborate with marketing teams for campaign planning and lead generation

Client Engagement:

  • Establish strong relationships with decision-makers (CXOs, Directors, etc.)
  • Understand client needs and position services effectively
  • Ensure smooth handover of qualified leads to the sales/closing team

Reporting & Performance Tracking:

  • Track and report key metrics (calls, meetings, conversions, revenue pipeline)
  • Use CRM tools to manage and monitor sales activities

Required Skills & Qualifications:

  • Proven experience in Business Development within the US Healthcare industry
  • Strong experience in team handling + individual contributor role
  • Excellent communication skills (verbal & written) with a US client-facing experience
  • Strong expertise in cold calling, lead generation, and appointment setting
  • Experience with CRM tools (e.g., HubSpot, Salesforce, etc.)
  • Ability to work in night shifts aligned with US time zones

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Experience in Digital Marketing / Healthcare Marketing services
  • Prior experience in handling offshore teams
  • Strong understanding of US Healthcare ecosystem (Providers, Payers, etc.)
