Position Details: Sr Business Development Manager – The Language SKOOL

Experience: 8–15 years into Sales / Business Development / Counselling (Education/EdTech)

Location: Remote (Work From Home)

Working Days: Monday to Saturday

Salary- ₹40,000 – ₹80,000 per month + Incentives (Based on the interview)

Working Days: 6 Days per Week

Floating Shift Timings: 4:00 AM to 8:30 AM and 6:00 PM to 10:30 PM

Study aboard expereince preffered

Role Overview

We are hiring a Senior Business Development Manager to drive business growth by counselling prospects, converting leads, generating new business opportunities, and achieving monthly sales targets.

Key Responsibilities

• Counsel students and recommend suitable programs
• Handle inbound/outbound leads & generate own leads
• Convert enquiries into enrolments
• Achieve monthly revenue targets of the team
• Maintain CRM records and follow-ups

Performance & Targets

• Variable pay during probation (first 3 months) linked to performance
• Minimum 70% target required for variable payout
• Incentives unlocked at 90%+ target achievement

Compensation

• Probation: Fixed + Variable
• Post three months: 100% Fixed + High incentives
• Monthly incentives + performance bonuses (up to ₹2L/month cap)

Requirements

• 8–15 years in Sales / Business Development / Counselling / EdTech
• Previous knowledge or experience in the Education/EdTech industry will be highly preferred
• Strong communication & closing skills
• Target-driven mindset

Mandatory Work-from-Home Requirements:

• Candidate must have their own laptop or desktop.
• Stable broadband/Wi-Fi internet connection.
• Dedicated, professional workspace free from distractions.
• Ability to attend meetings and interviews through a laptop with a functional webcam and headset.
