Role Description

The Sr. Business Development Manager - E-Commerce Division will identify, develop, and execute strategies to drive business growth within the eCommerce sector. Responsibilities include prospecting and acquiring new clients, nurturing and maintaining relationships with existing clients, designing tailored solutions, and negotiating contracts to meet organizational objectives. The role requires managing the full sales cycle, collaborating with cross-functional teams, and tracking sales performance against targets. This is a full-time, on-site role based in Ahmedabad.

Qualifications
  • Proficiency in business development, client relationship management, and opportunity identification
  • Strong skills in strategic planning, sales forecasting, and business strategy implementation
  • Ability to analyze market trends, lead negotiations, and close contracts effectively
  • Experience in eCommerce platforms and a solid understanding of the technology landscape
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills
  • Leadership and team management experience
  • Proven track record in achieving sales targets and driving revenue growth
  • A bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field (MBA preferred)
  • Previous experience in a similar role within the technology or eCommerce domain is advantageous
