Job Description

Dasro Consulting is expanding in India and looking for a proven IT Staffing Sales Hunter who can bring in direct clients for permanent & contract hiring.

Responsibilities

  • Acquire new IT clients (Enterprise / Mid-Market)
  • Generate direct IT requirements (no sub-vendor sales)
  • Build CXO-level relationships
  • Grow accounts & drive revenue
  • Work closely with delivery teams for successful closures

Required Qualifications

  • 1015 years in IT Staffing / Talent Solutions sales (mandatory)
  • Mandatory experience in the Indian IT staffing/ recruitment market (client acquisition focused)
  • Strong understanding of India-based hiring cycles, rate structures, and IT talent landscape
  • Strong network across IT clients in India
  • Proven record in opening new accounts
  • Pure hunter mindset
