Dasro Consulting is expanding in India and looking for a proven IT Staffing Sales Hunter who can bring in direct clients for permanent & contract hiring.
Responsibilities
- Acquire new IT clients (Enterprise / Mid-Market)
- Generate direct IT requirements (no sub-vendor sales)
- Build CXO-level relationships
- Grow accounts & drive revenue
- Work closely with delivery teams for successful closures
Required Qualifications
- 1015 years in IT Staffing / Talent Solutions sales (mandatory)
- Mandatory experience in the Indian IT staffing/ recruitment market (client acquisition focused)
- Strong understanding of India-based hiring cycles, rate structures, and IT talent landscape
- Strong network across IT clients in India
- Proven record in opening new accounts
- Pure hunter mindset
