Key Responsibilities:
Partnership Leadership:
- Serve as a senior ambassador for ApplyBoard, representing the company's mission and value to educational agents, international institutions, and prospective students.
- Cultivate and deepen strategic relationships with top-tier agents and educational partners.
- Negotiate key agreements and foster mutually beneficial partnerships.
Recruitment Strategy & Enrollment Growth:
- Develop and implement scalable recruitment strategies to increase international student enrollment.
- Lead data-driven analysis of recruitment activities to identify growth opportunities and optimize partner performance.
- Spearhead initiatives informed by recruitment trends and market research to enhance market penetration.
Agent Training & Development:
- Establish and maintain high standards for agent training and development to ensure consistent quality in the student recruitment process.
- Mentor and support agents in building recruitment capabilities and driving student enrollment.
Event Representation & Communication:
- Represent ApplyBoard at major international education conferences and events.
- Deliver compelling presentations to enhance ApplyBoard's brand visibility and influence in target markets.
Problem Solving & Escalation Management:
- Act as the primary point of escalation for complex partner issues.
- Employ strong problem-solving skills to provide timely and effective solutions.
Cross-Functional Collaboration:
- Contribute to cross-functional projects that expand ApplyBoard's international presence.
- Work with internal teams to align recruitment efforts with broader business objectives.
