Senior Business Development Executive (Sr. BDE) ERP
We are looking for a driven and ambitious Senior Business Development Executive (ERP) to support revenue growth and expand market presence across assigned regions. This role focuses on generating new business opportunities, managing ERP sales cycles, and building strong client relationships within construction and infrastructure-led industries.
The Sr. BDE will play a key role in driving mid-market and enterprise opportunities while contributing directly to business growth.
Key Responsibilities
1. Sales & Revenue Growth
Generate new leads through cold calling, networking, references, and industry outreach.
Manage the end-to-end sales cycle from prospecting to closure.
Achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets.
Maintain a strong and healthy sales pipeline through CRM tracking.
2. Client Engagement & Deal Closure
Conduct meetings, product demonstrations, and solution presentations.
Engage with decision-makers such as Directors, Business Owners, Finance Heads, and IT Managers.
Handle negotiations and close ERP deals ranging from 15 Lakhs to 1.5 Crores.
Assist in proposal preparation, RFP/RFI responses, and commercial discussions.
3. Market Development
Identify opportunities in construction, infrastructure, EPC, real estate, mining, RMC, crusher, and allied sectors.
Build strong relationships for repeat business and referrals.
Collect market feedback and competitor insights to improve positioning.
4. Cross-Functional Coordination
Collaborate with Pre-Sales, Marketing, and Delivery teams for smooth execution.
Ensure proper follow-ups and faster deal closures.
Provide regular sales forecasts and reports to management.
Required Skills & Experience
35 years of experience in ERP / SaaS / Enterprise Software sales.
Proven track record of achieving sales targets.
Strong communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
Experience in B2B sales, preferably in construction or infrastructure-related industries.
Ability to manage mid-size enterprise clients.
Willingness to travel as required.
