Job Description

Sunarc Technologies is seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Senior Business Development Executive to drive growth in our IT services and solutions. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in IT sales, a proven ability to build lasting client relationships, and a passion for achieving ambitious sales targets. You will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities, leading the entire sales cycle, and expanding our market presence.

Roles and Responsibilities

  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities, target markets, and key clients within the IT sector.
  • Lead the entire sales cycle, from initial lead generation and qualification to negotiation and contract closure.
  • Build and maintain strong, long-term client relationships, understanding their needs and positioning our IT solutions effectively.
  • Prepare and deliver compelling sales presentations, proposals, and pitches to prospective clients.
  • Collaborate with technical and delivery teams to ensure proposed solutions meet client requirements.
  • Meet and consistently exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets.
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends, market changes, and competitor activities to inform strategic planning.

Skills and Expertise

  • Proven experience as a Senior Business Development Executive or in a similar IT sales role.
  • Demonstrated track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
  • Strong knowledge of the IT industry, including software development, cloud services, and digital transformation.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
  • Strategic thinker with a results-driven and proactive mindset.
  • Ability to work independently and manage a sales pipeline effectively.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, IT, or a related field.
