The Opportunity
We are Splitmoon Studios, a digital design and development agency delivering end-to-end solutions in website and app development, UI/UX design, branding, digital marketing, and cutting-edge AI & AI-based automation services.
We are looking for a Sr. Business Development Executive to take full ownership of our online bidding channels. This is an execution-focused role for a builder who wants to work directly with leadership to drive revenue and earn uncapped commissions based on performance.
The Mission
Your primary goal is simple: Win projects on Upwork, Freelancer, and PPH. You will be the voice of the company, bidding on projects for:
- Web & App Development
- UI/UX Design
- Digital Marketing
- AI & Business Process Automation
What You Will Do (Daily Execution)
- Bid Management (80%): Scour platforms (Upwork, Freelancer, PPH) for relevant leads. You must be an expert at filtering junk leads to find high-value clients.
- Proposal Writing: Write 1015 highly customized, persuasive proposals every day. You know that generic copy-paste templates don't work. You read the client's problem and offer a specific solution.
- Client Closure: Handle the initial chat/call with international clients . Your English must be flawless. You will guide them from Inquiry to Contract Signed.
- CRM & Process: Maintain the CRM (HubSpot/Zoho), track your leads, and report on pipeline health.

- The Platform Expert: You know the difference between a Connect and a Boost. You know how to spot a fake client on Upwork in 5 seconds.
- The Tech-Savvy Seller: You are not a developer, but you can speak confidently about tech stacks (WordPress vs. React) and explain automation concepts (Zapier, AI Chatbots) to non-technical clients.

Requirements
- Experience: Minimum 2 years of active bidding experience on Upwork/Freelancer/PPH for an IT/Digital Agency.
- Track Record: You must be able to show us profiles or wins you managed (e.g., I helped close $X amount of business).
- Communication: Excellent written and verbal English is non-negotiable.
