Position Summary

Candidate should have industry experience with excellent communication skills. KRAs for the Sr. Business Development Executive.

  • Lead Generation: Utilize outbound sales techniques, including cold calls and LinkedIn Sales Navigator, to consistently generate high-quality leads.
  • Sales Conversion: Effectively convert leads into sales by understanding clients needs and providing tailored solutions.
  • Client Management: Build and maintain strong client relationships, demonstrating superior communication and interpersonal skills to address their needs.
  • Solution Provisioning: Provide clients with comprehensive solutions that meet or exceed their expectations, showcasing expertise in negotiation and sales skills.
  • LinkedIn Sales Navigator Utilization: Harness the power of LinkedIn Sales Navigator to identify and engage with potential leads, enhancing the effectiveness of outbound sales efforts.

Principal Duties And Responsibilities

  • 1. Develop and implement outbound business development strategies to identify and target potential clients.
  • 2. Conduct market research to identify new business opportunities and stay abreast of industry trends.

  • 4. Build and nurture relationships with prospective clients through outbound communication efforts.
  • 5. Understand client needs and customize offerings to address their specific requirements.
  • 6. Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless onboarding of new clients.

  • 9. Develop and maintain a robust pipeline of potential clients.

Required Skills

Strong negotiation and persuasion skills. Ability to work independently and as part of a team. Proficient in using CRM tools and other relevant software. Results-driven with a focus on meeting and exceeding targets.
