Job Description

Job Title: Senior Business Development Executive (Sr. BDE) – ITDirect Sales

Experience: 4+ Years

Location: Indore

Department: Sales / Business Development

Key Responsibilities:
  • Identify, generate, and qualify new business opportunities in IT services/products.
  • Manage the complete sales cycle from lead generation to closure.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients and key stakeholders.
  • Conduct client meetings, presentations, and product/service demonstrations.
  • Understand client requirements and propose suitable IT solutions.
  • Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.
  • Collaborate with internal teams (technical, marketing, delivery) for smooth execution.
  • Prepare sales reports, forecasts, and pipeline updates.
  • Stay updated with market trends, competitor activities, and industry developments.

Required Skills & Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, IT, or related field.
  • Proven experience in IT Direct Sales / B2B Sales.
  • Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
  • Ability to handle multiple clients and close deals independently.
  • Good understanding of IT services such as Web Development, Mobile Apps, SaaS, etc.
  • Experience with CRM tools and sales tracking systems.
  • Target-oriented with a proactive approach.
