Key Responsibilities:
- Identify, generate, and qualify new business opportunities in IT services/products.
- Manage the complete sales cycle from lead generation to closure.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients and key stakeholders.
- Conduct client meetings, presentations, and product/service demonstrations.
- Understand client requirements and propose suitable IT solutions.
- Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.
- Collaborate with internal teams (technical, marketing, delivery) for smooth execution.
- Prepare sales reports, forecasts, and pipeline updates.
- Stay updated with market trends, competitor activities, and industry developments.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, IT, or related field.
- Proven experience in IT Direct Sales / B2B Sales.
- Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
- Ability to handle multiple clients and close deals independently.
- Good understanding of IT services such as Web Development, Mobile Apps, SaaS, etc.
- Experience with CRM tools and sales tracking systems.
- Target-oriented with a proactive approach.
