Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site position based in Hyderabad for a Sr. Business Development Executive. The role involves identifying new market opportunities, leading the business development process, generating new leads, and maintaining strong relationships with clients. The individual will be responsible for managing client accounts, developing strategies to drive business growth, and presenting proposals to potential and existing customers. Collaboration with internal teams to ensure client satisfaction and achieving revenue goals will be key aspects of this role.

Qualifications

• Proven expertise in New Business Development and Lead Generation.
• Strong skills in Business strategies and Account Management.
• Excellent Communication abilities to interact effectively with clients and internal teams.
• Strategic thinking and problem-solving skills to identify opportunities and address challenges efficiently.
• Prior experience in the interior solutions or manufacturing industry is an advantage.
• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field is preferred.
• Proven ability to meet or exceed sales targets in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
