Job Description
Role Overview:
As a Senior Business Development Counselor, you will guide parents or adult learners post-demo class, conduct personalized video counseling sessions, and drive successful enrollments.
Key Responsibilities:
- Interact with parents/adult learners to address queries and showcase the program's value.
- Conduct detailed video counseling sessions to help prospects finalize their enrollment decision.
- Manage the entire sales lifecycle, from lead engagement to conversion.
- Meet weekly revenue targets through prospecting calls and regular follow-ups.
- Strong vision to grow as an Assistant Manager - Sales in 9 - 12 months by successfully achieving weekly targets
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in any field.
- 6months- 12 months of experience in B2C sales or counseling (EdTech experience preferred).
- Strong communication, negotiation, and sales skills.
- Must be located in Gurgaon or willing to relocate, Full Time Work From Office
