Role Overview
We are hiring an Business Consultants to drive high-value deals with mid-market and enterprise clients. You will own full-cycle enterprise sales, from prospecting to closure, engaging CXOs and senior stakeholders.
This role is suited for professionals who have closed large-ticket SaaS deals, managed long sales cycles, and consistently achieved revenue targets.
Key Responsibilities
- Own end-to-end enterprise sales cycle: outbound prospecting → discovery → solutioning → negotiation → closure
- Drive conversations with CXOs, founders, and senior decision-makers
- Build and manage a qualified pipeline (3–5x of quota)
- Close high-value deals (₹10L–₹50L+ ACV) with structured sales approach
- Maintain accurate forecasting, pipeline hygiene, and reporting in CRM (Salesforce/HubSpot/Zoho)
- Work closely with pre-sales, product, and implementation teams for solution alignment
- Lead in-person meetings, enterprise demos, and negotiations
- Consistently achieve quarterly/annual revenue targets (₹1Cr–₹3Cr+)

- India-based mid-market & enterprise clients
- Key industries: E-commerce, BFSI, Healthcare, Real Estate, Logistics, Education
Must-Have Requirements
- 4–8 years of experience in B2B / SaaS / Enterprise Sales
- Proven track record of closing enterprise deals (₹10L+ ticket size)
- Experience managing long sales cycles (30–90+ days)
- Strong experience in outbound prospecting + deal closure
- Demonstrated ownership of revenue targets / quotas
- Experience selling SaaS, CPaaS, cloud, or tech solutions
- Strong communication skills with ability to engage C-level stakeholders
Good to Have
- Experience in AI, communication platforms, or automation tools
- Exposure to multi-stakeholder enterprise deal cycles
- Familiarity with solution selling / consultative frameworks
