Sr Business Analyst

We are looking for a Senior Business Analyst with strong techno-functional and AI exposure who can act as a bridge between business stakeholders, data, and technology teams. This role requires someone who can not only gather and analyze requirements but also translate business problems into AI-driven and digital solutions.

You will work closely with product managers, engineering teams, and stakeholders to deliver data-driven, scalable, and intelligent solutions.

• Collaborate with stakeholders to understand, define, and prioritize business requirements, especially in digital and AI-led initiatives
• Translate business problems into functional specifications, user stories, and AI-driven use cases
• Work with data teams to analyze datasets, identify patterns, and derive actionable insights
• Support AI solution lifecycle – problem framing, data requirement definition, model evaluation metrics, and output validation
• Conduct workshops, stakeholder interviews, and requirement discovery sessions
• Create and maintain BRDs, FRDs, process flows, data flow diagrams, and AI use case documentation
• Partner with engineering teams to ensure accurate and scalable solution implementation
• Define and track KPIs, success metrics, and impact of AI/automation initiatives
• Participate in UAT, validation of AI outputs, and continuous improvement cycles
• Drive process optimization and automation opportunities across business workflows
  

• 6–10 years of experience in Business Analysis / Product / Techno-Functional roles
• Strong experience in requirement gathering, stakeholder management, and solutioning
• Solid understanding of data analysis, data models, and business process mapping
• Ability to understand and contribute to AI-driven solutions and workflows
• Ability to define AI problem statements, evaluation metrics (accuracy, precision, latency), and use cases
• Excellent documentation skills (BRD, PRD, user stories, workflows)
• Strong analytical thinking and problem-solving capability
• Experience working in Agile/Scrum environments
• Strong communication skills with the ability to engage senior stakeholders
  

• Hands-on exposure to AI tools/LLMs (e.g., ChatGPT, Gemini, or similar platforms)
• Experience with data visualization / BI tools (Power BI, Tableau, etc.)
• Exposure to government / public sector / large-scale digital transformation programs
• Familiarity with prompt engineering, AI workflows, or RAG-based systems
• Experience working in cross-functional product teams
  

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering (BE/BTech) or equivalent
• MBA or equivalent in Business / Analytics (preferred)
• Certifications such as CBAP / PMI-PBA are a plus
