Sr. Business Analyst

We are seeking a highly skilled Sr. Business Analyst to join our dynamic team in India. The ideal candidate will play a key role in analyzing business processes, gathering requirements, and recommending solutions to enhance operational efficiency.

RESPONSIBILITIES

• Gather and analyze business requirements from stakeholders.
• Develop and document business processes and workflows.
• Create detailed functional specifications for system enhancements.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment on project goals.
• Conduct user acceptance testing and provide support during implementation.
• Prepare reports and presentations for stakeholders to communicate findings and recommendations.

SKILLS AND QUALIFICATIONS

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Finance, or related field.
• 2-5 years of experience in business analysis or related field.
• Proficiency in data analysis tools and software such as Excel, SQL, or Tableau.
• Strong understanding of business process modeling and improvement techniques.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
