Job Description

Key Responsibilities

Gather, analyze, and document business and functional requirements across life insurance workflows
Work closely with cross-functional teams including developers, QA, and technical leads to deliver solutions
Support development of digital platforms for financial services products
Ensure alignment between business objectives and technical implementation
Facilitate requirement workshops, stakeholder meetings, and planning discussions
Prepare documentation including BRD, FRD, user stories, and process flows
Track project progress using Agile tools like Jira and Confluence
Ensure clarity in communication of objectives, plans, and deliverables
Apply logical reasoning to connect business needs with system solutions
Balance process compliance with business outcomes and delivery efficiency
