Business Analyst

Experience: 6 to 10 years (out of which at least 5 + years as Business Analyst is a must)

• Experience as a Business Analyst in the General insurance domains ( Quote & Buy, Sales, Policy Admin, Underwriting, Claims, Payments/collections, Output Management/Input Management systems, Access Managements, etc)
• Demonstrated experience engaging with diverse stakeholder groups (Product Managers, PO, Architects, IT teams and senior stakeholders)
• Proven experience in Sprint 0 or early-phase delivery setup
• Excellent communication skills in English (professional fluency).
• Able to elicit comprehensive requirements and achieve consensus from stakeholders using a variety of analysis techniques, including workshop facilitation
• Solid experience creating Epics and User Stories using Confluence and Jira
• Can apply recognised industry standard modelling techniques including data modelling and BPMN
• Great stakeholder management skills with the ability to influence at all levels
• Drive early testing readiness, including functional testing scenarios and data definitions
• An agile mindset, with a flexible and adaptable approach to delivering against business priorities
• Able to work autonomously with minimal day to day direction

Specific (desirable)

• Experience in the Commercial Motor Trade domain.
• Hands-on experience with Guidewire Systems.
• Understanding of Data Governance, Data Management
