Job Description

•Client-side (in-house) role focused on business systems, including Bullhorn CRM, and BI/reporting

•Responsible for managing systems, enabling reporting, and supporting data-driven decisions

•Work closely with business teams and IT for system optimization

Key Responsibilities

•Manage and support Bullhorn (ATS/CRM) and other business systems

•Ensure data accuracy, system performance, and integrity within Bullhorn and related systems

•Develop and maintain reports and dashboards (Power BI/Tableau) using Bullhorn and other data sources

•Extract and analyze data using SQL and Bullhorn data structures

•Gather and document business requirements related to Bullhorn and reporting needs

•Act as a bridge between business users and technical teams/vendors

•Identify opportunities for process improvement and automation within Bullhorn workflows

•Support system enhancements, integrations, and upgrades

•Coordinate with vendors and internal IT teams

Required Skills

•Experience working with Bullhorn (ATS/CRM)

•Strong experience in Power BI / Tableau

•Hands-on experience with SQL

•Experience in data analysis and reporting

Understanding of business systems (CRM/ERP)

•Strong stakeholder management and requirement gathering
