8+ years of experience in business analysis, consulting, or a similar role in the IT industry.
Extensive experience in Airline Domain like Interline billing and settlement, well-versed with RAM rules for billing of Fare, Taxes, ISC, Codeshare, and One World processes, including ICH/ACH and direct settlement for PAX and miscellaneous billings.
Exposure to a structured Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC).
Experience delivering in an Agile environment.
Ability to communicate effectively, both verbally and in writing, across different audiences.
