Key Responsibilities:
1. Stakeholder Engagement:
• Engage with stakeholders to gather, analyse, and document customer requirements.
• Facilitate discussions to ensure alignment between business goals and technical solutions.
2. Project Planning and Process Optimization:
• Develop and maintain detailed project plans, workflows, and process documentation.
• Identify areas for process improvement and implement solutions to enhance operational efficiency.
3. Business Documentation Management:
Create and oversee critical business documents, including
1. Business Requirement Documents (BRD)
2. Functional Requirement Documents (FRD
3. User Stories
4. Process Flows and Data Flows
Ensure all documentation meets organizational standards and stakeholder expectations.
4. Project Coordination:
• Collaborate with development teams to ensure timely and cost-effective project delivery.
• Monitor project progress and address potential risks or delays proactively.
• Act as a bridge between customers and technical teams to resolve problems effectively.
5. Problem-Solving and Customer Support:
• Analyze and troubleshoot customer issues, providing effective resolutions to maintain satisfaction.
• Act as a liaison between customers and technical teams to translate needs into actionable solutions.
6. Quality Assurance:
• Validate deliverables to ensure they meet business and functional requirements.
• Support testing and implementation phases by addressing gaps and aligning with customer needs.
