Job Description:
The candidate will serve as a critical liaison between the Product Owner, UX designers, development teams, QA, and business stakeholders within a fast-paced real estate technology environment. This role focuses on gathering, analysing, and documenting detailed functional and non-functional requirements to ensure the delivery of high-value solutions that meet customer needs in domains such as online property auctions, valuation tools, and real estate marketplaces.
Required Skills and Experience:
- Strong knowledge of the real estate technology domain, including auction platforms, valuation methodologies, and property data ecosystems.
- Proven experience in business analysis within agile environments, effectively working with product owners, UX, and development teams.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills, capable of balancing technical and business perspectives.
- Expertise in requirements elicitation techniques, writing clear user stories and acceptance criteria.
- Experience with tools such as JIRA, Confluence, Microsoft Visio, or similar for requirements and workflow documentation.
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field.
Roles & ResponsibilitiesKey Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with the Product Owner to deeply understand the product vision, business goals, and market requirements.
- Elicit, analyze, and document detailed business and technical requirements through stakeholder interviews, workshops, and user story creation.
- Work closely with UX to translate user research and design prototypes into actionable requirements.
- Support the development team by clarifying requirements, acceptance criteria, and ensuring user stories are well-defined.
- Partner with QA to develop test cases and validate solutions against requirements, ensuring product quality.
- Facilitate cross-functional communication to align understanding and manage scope throughout the product lifecycle.
- Maintain documentation repositories such as business process flows, user journey maps, and requirements traceability matrices.
