We don't believe in content for content's sake. We believe in brand storytelling that shapes culture, earns attention, and moves people. We're looking for a Senior Brand Manager Social Media to lead social media strategy across 34 high-impact brands.
This role is for someone who can think like a strategist, ideate like a creative, and lead like an owner. If you know how to make brands behave boldly on social, have a clear point of view on trends, tone, and timing, and can inspire cross-functional teams to bring ideas to life this role is for you.
What You'll Do
- Own and lead the social media vision for multiple brands across lifestyle, beauty, fashion, or consumer categories
- Partner closely with clients to understand business goals, identify opportunities, and build strategic roadmaps beyond the basics
- Develop high-impact content strategies, brand tones, campaign hooks, and platform-specific ideas that cut through clutter
- Collaborate with designers, writers, editors, motion artists, and community managers to execute ideas seamlessly
- Guide and mentor a Junior Brand Manager while setting standards for timelines and creative quality
- Lead monthly planning, reporting, and client presentations
- Stay ahead of social trends, emerging formats, creator ecosystems, and digital innovations
- Ensure all output reflects strong brand integrity, platform expertise, and creative ambition
What You Bring
- 4+ years of experience in digital or creative agencies managing brand social accounts
- Strong strategic thinking with the ability to build narratives, not just content calendars
- Deep understanding of platform behaviour, digital culture, and campaign architecture
- Experience leading multi-disciplinary teams across design, copy, video, and influencer/content collaborations
- A sharp eye for aesthetics, pop culture, and platform nuance
- Excellent communication and client management skills
- Strong process orientation able to run projects smoothly without compromising creative quality
