Job Responsibilities

1)Syneos is looking for an experienced Statistician with 5-8 years of hands-on experience in clinical research and statistical activities.

2)The ideal candidate should have strong expertise in SAP development, mock shell creation, CSR review, Estimand Framework, randomization methodologies, and a understanding of Bayesian approaches.

3)Proficiency in R (mandatory) and experience supporting late-phase clinical trials and/or Real-World Evidence (RWE) studies is required.

4)The role also expects solid exposure to CDISC standards, SAS programming, and prior experience functioning as a Lead Statistician.

5)Experience in Vaccine or Oncology therapeutic areas is preferred however, candidates with experience in other therapeutic areas will also be considered.

Summary
