Role Description
As a Senior BIM Modeler, you will be responsible for developing and managing BIM models, collaborating with architects and engineers, and preparing detailed construction drawings.
- Technical Execution: Create and update 3D models for Architecture, Structure, and MEP systems.
- Coordination: Work with project teams to facilitate execution and ensure cross-discipline accuracy.
- Quality Excellence: Lead quality assurance checks and ensure strict adherence to industry and company standards.
Qualifications
- BIM Expertise: Proficiency in creating and managing complex BIM models.
- Technical Knowledge: Strong understanding of architectural design, planning, and interpreting construction drawings.
- Specialized Experience: 2+ years of experience in Scan to BIM is preferred.
- Quality Focus: Proven experience in improving and handling Quality Control (QC) processes.
- Education: Bachelor's degree in Architecture, Civil Engineering, or a related field.
- Skills: Excellent analytical skills, attention to detail, and strong communication for multidisciplinary teamwork.
