Sr. BIM Engineer (MEPF)

Leighton Asia is hiring a Senior BIM Engineer to lead and manage BIM/digital engineering tasks on MEPF projects. This is a full onsite role requiring hands-on BIM execution, clash analysis, construction simulations, and adherence to BIM standards.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and manage 3D BIM models, CSD & ISD drawings, and construction documentation.
• Perform MEPF clash detection, resolve design issues, and ensure standards compliance (ISO19650).
• Mentor project teams, manage BIM modelers, and conduct training.
• Support tenders with Pre-Contract BEPs, cost estimates, and deliverables.
  

Qualifications:

• 5-10 years of BIM experience with MEPF focus.
• Proficiency in Revit, Navisworks, Tekla, and ISO/BIM standards.
• Strong coordination, problem-solving, and communication skills.
