Key Responsibilities:
BI Strategy & Enterprise Architecture
- Lead enterprise-wide Business Intelligence modernization and cloud transformation programs.
- Define and govern BI architecture, semantic layers, and metric frameworks.
- Ensure consistency in data definitions, KPI standardization, and reporting governance.
- Drive BI control tower and executive decision platform implementations.
Data Analysis & Insight Generation
- Perform advanced data analysis using SQL, Python, and Excel-based tools.
- Lead exploratory data analysis (EDA) to uncover trends, patterns, and business insights.
- Translate complex datasets into actionable business recommendations.
- Drive insight storytelling for executive and stakeholder consumption.
BI Platforms & Tooling
- Lead large-scale implementations of BI tools such as Power BI, Tableau, and Looker.
- Optimize dashboard performance, usability, and scalability.
- Drive report rationalization and BI cost optimization initiatives.
- Enable automation of reporting and insight delivery processes.
AI-Enabled BI & Innovation
- Develop and implement AI-enabled BI solutions, including anomaly detection and narrative BI.
- Contribute to AI readiness of BI ecosystems and semantic data models.
- Drive innovation in insight automation and advanced analytics capabilities.
- Support development of intelligent data products and decision systems.
Leadership & Team Development
- Coach and mentor BI and analytics teams to build expertise in modern BI practices.
- Foster capability building in semantic modeling, data governance, and AI-driven analytics.
- Provide technical and strategic guidance to global distributed teams.
- Promote a culture of innovation, collaboration, and continuous learning.
Pre-Sales & Practice Growth
- Support pre-sales activities including solutioning, proposals, and client presentations.
- Contribute to development of reusable frameworks, accelerators, and IP assets.
- Participate in thought leadership initiatives such as whitepapers and client workshops.
- Engage with stakeholders to define BI transformation roadmaps.
Stakeholder Management & Communication
- Communicate insights and strategy effectively to executive leadership.
- Manage multiple programs, priorities, and stakeholder expectations.
- Handle complex stakeholder conversations with clarity and influence.
- Ensure alignment between business goals and BI delivery outcomes.
