Key Responsibilities

  • Identify and generate leads through various channels (LinkedIn, email, calls, networking, etc.)
  • Acquire and manage international clients, understanding their business needs
  • Create compelling business proposals, presentations, and pitches for prospective clients
  • Collaborate with internal teams (SEO, development, marketing) to align client requirements
  • Build and maintain long-term client relationships
  • Track, report, and optimize sales pipelines and targets
  • Stay updated on digital marketing trends and competitor activities

Key Requirements

  • Proven experience in Business Development, especially with international clients
  • Fluent communication skills in English (spoken and written)
  • Ability to generate and qualify leads independently
  • Strong understanding of digital marketing services (SEO, Google Ads, Meta Ads, web development)
  • Expertise in drafting proposals, RFPs, and client documents
  • Goal-oriented with strong negotiation and closing skills
  • Self-motivated with the ability to work both independently and as part of a team
