This is a full-time, on-site role for a Senior Business Development Executive based in Indore. The Sr. BDE will focus on identifying new business opportunities, building relationships with potential clients, developing and presenting proposals, and ensuring successful deal closures. The role also involves market research, client engagement, and strategic planning to drive business growth and contribute to company goals. Strong communication and negotiation skills are essential for success in this role.

• Proven experience in Business Development, Sales, and Client Relationship Management.
• Strong communication, presentation, and negotiation skills to engage with clients effectively.
• Proficiency in market research, lead generation, and sales strategy development.
• Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams and manage multiple projects.
• Experience in the IT industry or with digital product offerings, such as websites, mobile apps, or e-commerce platforms, is highly desirable.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities to assess business opportunities and challenges.
• Self-motivated and goal-oriented with the ability to meet and exceed sales targets.
• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field. MBA is a plus.
