We are seeking a passionate and skilled Sr Barista to join our team in Hyderabad. The ideal candidate will have min1 years of experience in the coffee industry and a strong desire to deliver exceptional coffee and customer service.
Responsibilities
- Prepare and serve high-quality coffee and beverages to customers
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the coffee bar and workstations
- Assist in training new baristas and staff
- Provide excellent customer service and engage with customers to enhance their experience
- Manage inventory and assist with ordering supplies as needed
- Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations
- Create a welcoming atmosphere for all customers
Skills and Qualifications
- Any Graduation.
- Proficiency in coffee brewing techniques and espresso machine operation
- Excellent customer service and communication skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Basic knowledge of coffee origins, types, and preparation methods
- Strong attention to detail and ability to follow recipes
- Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays
- Basic math skills for handling cash and processing transactions
