Role Overview
Focus on backend development and platform enhancements for MTM, ensuring production stability and reliability. The role combines feature development with production support and operational excellence.
Key Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and maintain backend services and APIs using C#, .NET MVC, and .NET Core
- Build scalable data access layers and maintain MSSQL stored procedures
- Implement secure, reusable, and high-quality code with unit testing
- Troubleshoot production issues, perform root cause analysis, and resolve bugs
- Monitor system performance and contribute to optimization and reliability
- Support production systems, incident response, and patch deployments
- Execute operational tasks (security patches, maintenance, model upgrades, benchmarking)
- Contribute to technical design, scalability improvements, and cost-optimization initiatives
- Participate in sprint planning, estimations, and adherence to engineering best practices
Requirements
- 5–8 years of backend development experience
- Strong expertise in C#, .NET (MVC/Core) and MSSQL
- Experience with IIS and web application architecture
- Proficiency in debugging, performance tuning, and incident management
- Familiarity with monitoring, logging, and production support workflows
- Strong communication, problem-solving, and multitasking abilities
Ideal Candidate
