Sr. Automation Tester Job Description
We are looking for a Senior Automation Tester with strong expertise in Java automation, system integration testing, APIs, cloud technologies, and backend testing. The ideal candidate will play a key role in designing and implementing scalable automation frameworks and validating enterprise-level integrations.
Key Responsibilities
- Design and maintain automation frameworks and integration test suites.
- Perform API, backend, integration, and end-to-end testing.
- Collaborate with developers and product teams to define testing strategies.
- Integrate automated tests into CI/CD pipelines.
- Validate enterprise workflows and troubleshoot integration issues.
- Mentor junior QA engineers on automation best practices.
- Ensure quality across distributed systems and multiple environments.
Required Skills
- 8–12 years of QA Automation / SDET experience.
- Strong hands-on experience in Java automation testing.
- Expertise in API and integration testing.
- Experience with automation frameworks and CI/CD tools.
- Knowledge of databases, backend systems, and web services.
- Familiarity with AWS cloud technologies.
- Strong debugging and analytical skills.
Preferred
- Experience in Healthcare or enterprise integration platforms.
- Automation or cloud certifications are an added advantage.
