Sr. Automation QA - OPD - SS

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior QA Automation Engineer with 6-9 years of QA experience, 3+ years in Selenium and Cucumber to join our QA team. The ideal candidate will play a critical role in designing, developing, and maintaining robust automation frameworks, ensuring high-quality deliverables in an agile development environment. Key ResponsibilitiesDevelop and maintain scalable automation frameworks for web and API testing using Selenium and Cucumber. Write, execute, and maintain automated test scripts to ensure quality and functionality. Collaborate with QA leads, developers, and product managers to ensure comprehensive test coverage and alignment with project goals. Perform detailed analysis of test results, report issues, and work closely with the development team to resolve them. Enhance and optimize existing automation frameworks for improved efficiency and reliability. Stay updated on the latest automation tools and technologies to ensure continuous improvement in QA processes.

Required Skills and Experience

• 6-9 years of hands-on experience in QA, 3+ years Automation experience with strong expertise in Selenium and Cucumber.
• Proven ability to design and implement automation frameworks from scratch.
• Proficiency in programming languages such as Java, Python, or equivalent. Solid understanding of testing methodologies, Agile processes, and CI/CD pipelines.
• Experience with tools like Git for version control and Jenkins or similar for CI/CD integration.
• Strong analytical and troubleshooting skills.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience in BDD (Behavior Driven Development) and writing Gherkin scripts.
• Familiarity with cloud-based testing environments and cross-browser testing tools. Good communication skills and a collaborative mindset.
