Job Description

We are seeking a meticulous and experienced Sr. Audit Assistant to lead audit assignments and ensure compliance with various financial regulations. This role requires strong analytical, leadership, and report drafting skills, with proficiency in Advanced Excel, Tally, and other accounting tools. You will be instrumental in ensuring the accuracy and integrity of financial reporting and compliance.

Roles and Responsibilities:

  • Lead statutory, internal, and tax audits, ensuring adherence to all relevant standards and regulations.
  • Ensure comprehensive compliance with accounting, tax, and regulatory standards, including GST, TDS, Income Tax, and ROC regulations.
  • Review financial statements and internal controls meticulously to identify discrepancies and ensure accuracy.
  • Draft clear and concise audit reports and effectively communicate findings to clients and stakeholders.
  • Mentor junior team members, providing guidance and support to foster their professional development, and manage audit processes efficiently.
  • Leverage Advanced Excel, Tally, and other accounting software tools to streamline audit procedures and enhance efficiency.

Skills Required:

  • Strong knowledge of GST, TDS, Income Tax, and ROC regulations, and various audit standards.
  • Demonstrated leadership abilities in managing audit assignments and mentoring team members.
  • Advanced proficiency in Excel and Tally.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills for reviewing financial statements and internal controls.
  • Excellent report drafting skills for clear and concise audit documentation.
  • Effective communication skills for interacting with clients and internal teams.

QUALIFICATION:

  • B.Com, CA Inter (preferred).
