Responsibilities

Skills and Qualifications

• 2-6 years of experience in voice support, preferably in the insurance sector.
• Strong understanding of US insurance products and services.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.
• Proficient in using CRM software and MS Office Suite.
• Ability to handle customer queries with patience and professionalism.
• Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
