The Role
At GoNanny, our mission is to provide families with peace of mind. As a Senior Associate – Supply Operations, you are at the heart of our operations. You will be responsible for the end-to-end supply lifecycle—from sourcing and community building to rigorous screening. You will act as the bridge between a family's deepest needs and the professionals who provide that care.
Key Responsibilities:
- Family Needs Assessment: Deep-dive into family requirements and preferences to create a precise Ideal Nanny Profile for each request.
- Strategic Sourcing: Utilize multiple platforms (social media, job boards, local networks) to maintain a robust pipeline of high-quality Nannies.
- Rigorous Screening: Conduct extensive interviews and experience evaluations to ensure only the top 5% of candidates move forward.
- Community Building: Lead initiatives to build a GoNanny Community, fostering loyalty and engagement among our supply base.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration: Partner closely with the Fulfillment team to ensure a seamless handoff and high conversion rates from lead to placement.
- Process Optimization: Constantly refine the vetting process to reduce Time-to-Fill while maintaining safety and quality standards.
What We Are Looking For
- Experience: 2–4 years of experience in Recruitment, Supply Operations, or Marketplace Operations.
- High EQ & Empathy: You genuinely care about the childcare crisis parents face and can navigate sensitive, emotional conversations with grace, patience, and confidence.
- Strong vetting/interviewing skills with an eye for detail.
- A hustler mindset with the ability to source in unconventional ways..
