We are seeking an experienced engineer to collaborate in fast paced agile environment. You will be required to:
- Write and maintain solid, robust, efficient and maintainable code using Workdays Object Oriented framework and tools
- Write reliable unit, integration and system level tests that will run on our continuous delivery pipeline
- Collaborate with multi-functional teams to understand requirements and deliver features in the Workday payroll product
- Learn from other team members through pairing, code reviews, knowledge shares, hackathons, etc.
About You
Basic Qualifications
- You have 2+ years developing performant, scalable and resilient applications
- Youve developed in Java, C# or other object oriented languages
- You possess a good understanding and appreciation of test automation principles
Other Qualifications
- Experience developing business applications (knowledge of payroll is a plus)
- You have familiarity with, or an understanding of, what is required to craft, build, test, and supervise a business critical software in production
- You have a passion for code quality!
- You like working in an agile team
