Sr. Associate - Service Assurance & Project Support (Python, LangChain, LangGraph)

Join our team as a Service Assurance team! In this role, you will support service assurance and project execution activities to help maintain service quality, achieve project objectives, and improve client satisfaction. You will assist with coordinating scope, schedule, resources, and cross-functional efforts while following industry best practices. The ideal candidate has strong Python programming skills, working knowledge of LangChain and LangGraph, and a solid understanding of networking fundamentals and troubleshooting. This role will also require collaborating with multiple teams, supporting issue resolution, contributing to process improvements and documentation, and communicating effectively with stakeholders, so strong interpersonal, written, and verbal communication skills are essential.

What You'll Bring:

• 2+ years of practical experience in service assurance, technical operations, or a related support role.

• Strong organizational, documentation, and problem-solving skills.

• Basic knowledge of automation tools, especially Microsoft Power Automate

• Proficiency with Microsoft Office, with emphasis on PowerPoint and Excel.

• Ability to follow established procedures and apply company policies.

• Detail-oriented, proactive, and technically curious.

• English at B2 level or higher.

• Bachelor's degree (BS/BA) preferred; technical background is an advantage.
