Overview

We intend to accelerate our growth by recruiting a top-notch
Sales Development Representative who will be an integral part of a fast-growing
sales environment. As a GEP SDR, you will participate in introducing GEP to
decision-makers within your assigned region and targeted accounts.

Title: Sr. Associate – SDR – North America / EMEA / APAC

Employment Type: Full-time

Location: Mumbai


How We Will Work Together

  • Explain the value of GEP to potential customers.
  • Collaborate with sales and marketing teams to create
    strategies for identifying new prospects and developing sales plans.
  • Provide helpful information to potential customers to
    cultivate early-stage opportunities.
  • Work towards achieving weekly, monthly, and quarterly sales
    goals.
  • Present a compelling value proposition to relevant
    decision-makers.
  • Continuously learn about GEP and its competitors.
  • Maintain a professional LinkedIn profile to connect with
    potential customers.
  • Track lead activity and maintain accurate notes in company
    systems.

Skills & Experience

  • Minimum 1 year of experience in business development or
    inside sales within a high-tech B2B, cloud, SaaS, or IT services environment.
  • Proven ability to identify and engage potential customers
    through outbound calling, email, direct mail, and LinkedIn.
  • Adaptability to a dynamic work environment with a strong
    focus on growth and change.
  • Demonstrated track record of meeting or exceeding sales
    goals and quotas.
  • Strong communication skills with the ability to articulate
    value propositions clearly, concisely, and persuasively.
  • Ability to handle objections and educate prospects using a
    consultative approach.
  • Bachelor's degree, MBA, or equivalent experience required.
  • Fluent English communication skills.

Nice to Have

  • Experience selling ERP, sourcing, spend management, supply
    chain, procurement, or financial software solutions.
