We are looking for a Senior Associate Programmatic (DV360) to join our growing digital media team in Pune. If you have hands-on experience managing programmatic campaigns and a strong command of Google Display & Video 360 (DV360), we'd love to connect with you!

Key Responsibilities:

Plan, execute, and optimize programmatic campaigns using DV360

Manage end-to-end campaign setup including deal creation, trafficking, targeting, and reporting

Monitor campaign performance and deliver actionable insights

Work closely with internal teams and clients to ensure KPIs are met

Troubleshoot delivery issues and implement optimization strategies

Prepare detailed performance reports and campaign analysis

Ensure adherence to best practices and platform compliance

Required Skills & Qualifications:

Minimum 3+ years of hands-on experience in programmatic advertising

Strong expertise in DV360 campaign management

Experience with PMP deals, audience targeting, and brand safety controls

Good understanding of digital media metrics (CTR, CPA, ROAS, Viewability, etc.)

Proficiency in campaign reporting and data analysis

Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills

Good to Have:

Experience with other DSPs

Knowledge of campaign tracking tools and analytics platforms

Certification in Google Marketing Platform (preferred)
