About the Team

We are seeking a detail-oriented Emerging Programs Support Specialist to support the operational execution of our Emerging Talent Acquisition Programs team.

About the Role

This role will focus on global program logistics, learning platform management, data integrity, communications, and event coordination and execution. The ideal candidate is highly organized, tech-savvy, and skilled in managing multiple priorities while ensuring a seamless experience for global program participants

Key Responsibilities:

  • Program Operations:

    • Manage Learning & Program Systems: Oversee Workday Learning and other platforms, including session setup, enrollment tracking, user support, and content updates.

    • Participant Support: Assist with onboarding, offboarding, and ongoing engagement to ensure a smooth program experience.

    • General Administration: Support building COE meeting agendas & content, global calendar management, processing POs and expenses, maintaining program materials and data, PO processing for partnerships and vendors, sending reminders and coordinating key communications.

    • Key Communications: Monitor program inbox and Slack channels, responding to participant inquiries.

  • Event & Session Coordination:

    • Schedule and manage calendar invites for onboarding, networking events, and workshops.

    • Coordinate in-person and virtual session logistics, including room bookings, shipping, catering, and tech setup (general execution).

    • Participate in virtual and in-person events as a brand ambassador and primary point of contact.

About You

Basic Qualifications:

  • 2+ Years experience in MS Office Suite and Google Applications

  • 2+ Years experience in event planning and execution

  • Ability to travel 5% of annual time between Pune & Chennai

  • Excellent verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills

Other Qualifications:

  • Experience with Learning Management Systems (LMS) and/or Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS)

  • Strong organizational and time-management skills

  • Detail-oriented with a focus on accuracy

  • Ability to work independently and as part of a global team

  • Proactive problem solving and ability to think quickly on their feet
