Key job responsibilities

Work with the relevant internal & External teams to track status of production & inbounds

Define and ensure process adherence by sellers to ensure timely supply availability

Collaborate with instock team, sellers and FC teams to streamline inbound process

Develop dashboards, Track key metrics and deep dive to identify issues and work with the respective teams to drive suitable solutions

Plan ahead to ensure inventory readiness for Sale events and highlight issues proactively to mitigate any GMS / sales loss risks

Ensure adherence to compliance guidelines by working closely with the compliance teams and sellers

The ideal candidate will be a self-starter with a passion for delivering high quality products to customers. This candidate will possess amazing partner management skills, project management skills, strong analytical skills, a high degree of ownership and integrity, a high attention to detail, excellent communication skills, and be a great team player.

Basic Qualifications

  • 5+ years of supply chain management (e.g. logistics, inventory turn management, forecasting, operations) experience
  • Experience delivering forecasting, budgeting, and variance analysis, and data interpretation of results, or experience in Excel (macros, index, conditional list, arrays, pivots, lookups)

Preferred Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in engineering or a related technical field
