Role OverviewWe are seeking an experienced and driven Sr. Associate – Second Homes / Villas / Plots to lead and manage sales transactions across premium holiday home destinations, villa developments, plotted projects, and investment-led real estate opportunities.
The role involves advising clients on lifestyle and investment purchases, managing transactions from client acquisition to deal closure, and building long-term relationships with high-value buyers and developers. The ideal candidate will possess strong market knowledge, excellent client-handling capabilities, and proven experience in luxury Second Homes or land sales.
Key Responsibilities• Manage end-to-end sales transactions for second homes, villas, and plotted developments, including client acquisition, requirement analysis, property shortlisting, negotiations, and deal closure.
• Act as a trusted advisor to HNIs, investors, and developers by providing market insights, investment guidance, and strategic real estate solutions.
• Build and maintain a strong pipeline of clients through networking, referrals, channel partners, and relationship management.
• Conduct site visits, project presentations, and investment discussions tailored to client requirements.
• Lead negotiations, commercial structuring, and deal finalization to ensure optimal outcomes for clients and stakeholders.
• Coordinate with developers, legal teams, and internal departments for bookings, documentation, agreements, and transaction closures.
• Track market trends, pricing movements, upcoming developments, and investment opportunities across key second-home and plotted development markets.
• Maintain long-term client relationships through regular follow-ups and post-sales support.
• Work closely with internal teams to ensure seamless execution and exceptional client service delivery.
Qualifications & Skills• Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Real Estate, or a related field (MBA preferred).
• Minimum 5–8 years of experience in luxury second homes, villas, plotted developments, or investment real estate.
• Strong understanding of real estate investments, luxury buyer behavior, and second home sales processes.
• Proven ability to handle HNI clients and large-ticket transactions independently.
• Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
• Highly organized, detail-oriented, and capable of managing multiple mandates simultaneously.
• Self-driven, target-oriented, and comfortable working in a fast-paced, client-centric environment.
• Proficiency in CRM systems and MS Office; familiarity with real estate tech platforms is an advantage.
