Key Responsibilities
Darwinbox Ownership (60–70%)
- Act as the primary SPOC for the Darwinbox HRMS platform.
- Manage end-to-end system administration including employee data, workflows, and configurations.
- Ensure data accuracy, integrity, and real-time updates across all modules.
- Drive system adoption, process improvements, and automation.
- Generate and analyze HR reports and dashboards.
- Troubleshoot system issues and coordinate with Darwinbox support.
HR Operations (30–40%)
- Manage employee lifecycle processes (onboarding, confirmations, transfers, exits).
- Maintain and audit employee records with a strong focus on data accuracy.
- Support attendance, leave management, and benefits administration.
- Address employee queries related to Darwinbox and HR processes.
- Ensure data readiness for downstream processes such as payroll and compliance.
- Support audits and maintain proper documentation.
