Riveron India is seeking an experienced Multimedia & eLearning Developer – L&D. This role combines visual design expertise with technical eLearning development to produce high-quality learning assets and interactive courses.
Who You Are
- You are an expert of Graphic design tools (Adobe Creative Suite: Illustrator, Photoshop, After Effects)
- You have advanced knowledge of eLearning tools (Articulate Storyline, Rise, Captivate)
- You have excellent skill in animation and motion design
- You have strong knowledge of UI/UX principles for learning
- You are good at Visual storytelling
- You have SCORM knowledge
What You'll Do
- Design visual assets for training including infographics, icons, illustrations, and slide templates.
- Develop interactive eLearning modules using authoring tools.
- Own the end-to-end build of eLearning courses from storyboard to fully functional courses.
- Design engaging UI/UX for learning modules.
- Create animations, motion graphics, and multimedia elements.
- Ensure brand consistency across all learning materials.
- Optimize courses for LMS delivery and mobile compatibility.
- Balance visual design quality with rapid course development to support scalable learning delivery.
- Develop and deliver high-quality learning assets across multiple concurrent projects in a fast-paced production environment.
Qualifications
- 5 years of experience in Graphic Design & eLearning Development
- Portfolio demonstrating eLearning work
- Experience in multimedia learning production
