Key Responsibilities:

• Own end-to-end marketplace operations across Amazon, Flipkart, and quick-commerce (Zepto, Instamart, Blinkit)
• Manage catalog quality, listings, and QC across all platforms
• Run RCA on returns/RTO (Amazon, Flipkart) and fill-rate/OSA gaps (quick-commerce)
• Track conversion, returns, RTO, sell-through, fill rate, and SLA adherence
• Execute inventory planning, including dark-store allocation for quick-commerce
• Coordinate with planning, marketing, and supply chain teams
• Partner with marketplace account managers on growth programs and sale events
• Identify and execute category-level growth levers (pricing, catalog, ads, platform programs)

Requirement:

• Strong Amazon and Flipkart operations expertise; quick-commerce experience preferred
• 2–5 years in e-commerce/marketplace operations
• Hands-on with pricing, P&L, and ads/campaign management
• Strong analytical skills, especially returns/RTO and fill-rate RCA
• Advanced Excel; comfort with marketplace dashboards
• Hands-on problem-solver with strong stakeholder management
• Fashion/lifestyle and quick-commerce exposure a plus
