Job Description

The Sales Coach plays a key role in driving sales excellence and performance improvement within the team. This role focuses on enhancing the sales capabilities of consultants through consistent coaching, skill development, performance analysis, and collaboration with operations and training teams. The Sales Coach ensures that every consultant delivers the brand experience while achieving and exceeding sales goals.


Key Responsibilities

  • :Conduct regular coaching sessions with consultants to improve sales KPIs and customer experience
  • .Analyze individual and team performance metrics to identify gaps and create targeted action plans
  • .Partner with Service Delivery and Quality teams to ensure alignment on KPIs, coaching priorities, and behavior reinforcement
  • .Deliver sales training refreshers, product updates, and best practice sessions focused on products and solutions
  • .Support new hire nesting and ramp-up through guided coaching and performance monitoring
  • .Provide ongoing feedback and recognition to reinforce positive behaviors and celebrate success
  • .Maintain accurate coaching logs, progress reports, and performance tracking for assigned teams
  • .Collaborate with internal stakeholders to design initiatives that boost sales productivity and engagement
  • .Stay updated on products, promotions, and policies to ensure accurate and confident coaching
