The Role
As a Sr. Associate Business Development, you'll focus on growing our client base through outbound sales. Your main goal is to identify new clients, generate project opportunities, and build a strong sales pipeline.
You'll be part of the founding team of Consultport's Mumbai office, working closely with senior leadership and gaining strong exposure to global clients.
What You'll Do
- Generate new business using outbound sales (calls, emails, LinkedIn, etc.)
- Speak with C-level and senior decision-makers at companies
- Understand client challenges and convert them into new consulting project requests
- Build and manage your own client pipeline
- Use modern sales tools like Pipedrive, LinkedIn Sales Navigator, ZoomInfo, Outreach, and others
- Work toward clear targets and be rewarded for strong performance
What We're Looking For
- Bachelor's or Master's degree
- 2-5 Years of experience in sales, business development, or a similar commercial role
- Strong motivation to perform and exceed targets
- Interest in the consulting or professional services industry
- Excellent spoken and written English (C1/C2 level)
- Comfortable working onsite from our Mumbai office, 5 days a week
- Strong communication and relationship-building skills
