We are seeking a talented Sr. Associate I, Software Engineering to join our dynamic team in India. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in software development and a passion for creating high-quality applications.

Responsibilities

  • Design, develop, and maintain scalable software applications.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define, design, and ship new features.
  • Troubleshoot and debug applications to optimize performance and reliability.
  • Participate in code reviews to maintain code quality and share knowledge with peers.
  • Continuously discover, evaluate, and implement new technologies to maximize development efficiency.

Skills and Qualifications

  • 4-6 years of experience in software development.
  • Proficiency in programming languages such as Java, Python, or C#.
  • Strong understanding of software development methodologies (Agile, Scrum).
  • Experience with database management and design (SQL, NoSQL).
  • Familiarity with version control systems (Git, SVN).
  • Knowledge of cloud services (AWS, Azure) and deployment processes.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
  • Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
