Position: Sr. Associate Human Resources (Recruitment)

Location: TinFactory, Bangalore

Required Education: MBA/MSW - Human Resources

Experience: Fresher or up to 1 year of experience into Recruitment role.

Preferred: Candidates with good communication skills and flexible to work for 6 days a week

will be preferred. Should be willing to work from office.

Role & responsibilities

• Source, screen, and shortlist candidates through job portals, social media, and networking.
• Conduct initial interviews and assess candidates based on job requirements.
• Coordinate interview schedules with hiring managers.
• Maintain and update the candidate database.
• Ensure a smooth onboarding process for new hires.
• Stay updated on industry trends and recruitment best practices.
